The State Police at Highland arrested three Wallkill residents for Robbery in the second degree.
Nicholas J. Sisco,18, Kyle A. Velders, 17, and Pasquale J. Degiorgio, 19, were arrested early Sunday evening. The three allegedly met the victim in Plattekill to buy marijuana from him. During the transaction, the three reportedly took marijuana, a cell phone and wallet from the victim and drove away with the victim holding onto the vehicle.
All three were arraigned in the Town of Plattekill court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000.00 cash bail.
The victim, 18 year old Anthony J. Marchese of Plattekill, was charged with Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the fourth degree and released on an appearance ticket.
Degiorgio, the vehicle operator, also faces one count of Reckless Endangerment in the second degree.
The State Police were assisted by the Town of Shawangunk Police Department.
